Battle.net Maintenance Issues for November 29th

Tuesday is the usual day for Battle.net Maintenance, but things aren't totally working as intended with regards to authentication and active accounts. Some people are receiving reports that they do not have active accounts and are told to upgrade from the Starter Edition. Blizzard has been troubleshooting the issue and have left several suggestions in Customer Service threads, such as updating your subscription or changing your password.
