With more Classic Naxxramas testing today, we've published our strategy guides to the Arachnid Quarter by Rokman.
Anub'Rekhan StrategyFaerlina StrategyMaexxna Strategy
Anub'Rekhan is the first boss in the Spider Wing of Naxxramas. Anub'Rekhan will be accompanied by two Crypt Guard in the room and will respawn more Crypt Guards periodically. This boss encounter mainly consists of tanks positioning the Crypt Guards in the right place, facing away from the raid, cleaning up any Corpse Scarab when they spawn, as well as damage dealers attacking the right target, and lastly, ensuring Anub'Rekhan is kited properly around the room during Locust Swarm.
Grand Widow Faerlina is the second boss in the Spider Wing of Naxxramas. Grand Widow Faerlina will be accompanied by two Naxxramas Follower and four Naxxramas Worshipper, totaling seven mobs, which will be standing in a row at the back of the cathedral. The boss encounter requires the raid to remove Grand Widow Faerlina's enrage mechanic by sacrificing Worshippers, while the entire raid avoids Faerlina's Rain of Fire AOE.
Maexxna is the third and last boss in the Spider Wing of Naxxramas. Maexxna will target individual players and wrap them in a Spider Web, as well as periodically hitting the entire raid with Spider Webs. All of this is happening while Maexxna is summoning a swarm of Maexxna Spiderling to chip away at the raid. Raids will need to watch closely and focus fire any spider webs that hit raid members and AOE down any Spiderlings the moment they spawn.
We will publish more Classic boss guides as more wings open for testing on the PTR!
