I'm wondering if I should start farming the Vale now for shards- it might be too late if I wait until the patch hits.
I like the change. People have complained about Stormwind being damaged and Orgrimmar being under construction for a while, as well as things I don't think they should change (the Redridge bridge construction, for example). So it's nice to see some of it back to normal, and it's nice to see the game changing as the story does.I'd even go so far as to say that I completely adore the damaged Vale, as long as they do something about it after the content is over. It'd be a shame to have it ruined forever. But with how peaceful Pandaria is, I can already imagine we'll see pandas rebuilding it eventually. Or maybe I just mined too much on my panda.Either way, I'm pretty content with it. The gear on the other hand..
I don't feel like that is a fair assessment. One of my biggest problems with this expansion is the message. Throughout the life of WoW the message has been "set aside your differences and work together." We saw this in Firelands. We saw this at the frozen throne, the Trial of the Champion. Over and over, we are fed this message. We get it. The problem isn't US. It's the NPCs. I would LOVE to follow a quest line where I could choose NOT to help the goblins destroy the environment, or choose NOT to slaughter a peaceful alliance town. I'm ready to be done with both Horde AND Alliance. The whole lot of them can kill each other off. I'll go hang out with the hippies in Moonglade. Blizzard, quit force feeding us faction rivalry just to have a message of holding hands and saving the world.
Taran Zhu, you were right.I'm so, so sorry, and I hope that the good we've accomplished can outweigh this horror that we've brought to the Vale.
I guess Dezco was right when he said: "This place is a crucible for change. And not just for Pandaria, but the whole of Azeroth"... but I'm pretty sure that this is not what he had in mind...

no crossbows?anyway the weapons looks sick
"We risk eveything, allowing so many into the Vale..."It makes me sad to see how much we let the Celestials down :c
Enough with the Sha already...
Well, you know what caused this? Garrosh. An old god is not a weapon, it's an evil entity hell bent on destroying Azeroth, and probably the Outlands. You really shouldn't mess with forces you don't understand. There was a titan in Yshaar'j's holding chamber for a reason....Garrosh has failed his people, and only wants to have power.A wise Leader cares for his people and any visitors to his city, but a foolish one doesn't listen to the needs of his people.
The vale gets completely destroyed wow just wow when blizzard said the war would effect pandaria I never thought it would be on that scale
gear looks like something that kids designed now but we got mog so cant complain the Traditional Japanese Samurai gear would of been better as they used staffs polearms swords and Bows etc
lol cmon it's true
While playing this yesterday it was sad to see this state now. And if you go to see the goblins at the dig site. They're now in a small group as if too afraid to move. I think what happened that, during the Dark Heart Scenario, that they somehow released the sha's from there. But of course not quite sure where Pride was "hiding" is what might've happened. On the up side it's "funny" seeing how warriors can now duel weld staffs and polearms.
Im glad the vale is deystroyed, was to happy..I hope it has a gloomy and desolate feel of death and destruction now.
I'm gonna miss the giant statues.
