two words Melee hunter
The only thing I hate the most in this xpac were a lot of the spec changes, most feel slow and unfinished. I'm glad they added artifact power catch-up because I enjoy having different classes at max level for when specs get nerfed horribly.
What, specifically, are most people with lock issues referring to? Just destro? All three specs? I've had some problems with destro, and demo is a little clunky right now, but I've had zero issues with affliction and have been topping or near topping DPS, so I'm a little confused when I see comments that only say "locks are broken."Personally, I think affliction is excellent as is, but I don't know if affliction is something that people have been complaining about.
but nothing about feeling bad for warriors? The most unwanted class yet who is amazing at about nothing. The one class that never gets invited to anything....
TL;DR Changes for the sake of change aren't the right mindset to take for class design. It's OK that some talents are "default" choices. Not every single talent needs to be really really really awesome and be a hard choice. There should be a choice for a skilled player, there should be a choice for a beginner player, and there can be one in the middle. K.I.S.S. Keep it simple, stupid.I switched to a Demon Hunter in Legion having played a Warrior since launch, and I'm hanging it up. I'm at 885, I actively play both Havoc and Veng, and I'm done. Too many changes to our mechanics, gameplay, core rotation, stat weights and priority. We needed MINOR tweaks, not a class redesign like the recent notes would suggest. If you keep giving a child candy, then taking it away, then giving it back, then giving them chocolate instead of candy, and telling them it's the same, eventually that child will grow distrustful of you. I feel like that's the point a lot of veteran players are getting to with Blizzard. You told us something was going to be good, you told us it was going to be different, you told us it was going to be fun, and then you deliver, but take it quickly away in favour of something else. Then get our hopes up that maybe it's not as bad as we thought, then make it worse. Don't push stuff to PTR's, don't publish early notes, don't half implement something. Let it sit, let it simmer, if something boils then clean it up. If something isn't ready, don't put it out there or you lead to a lot of angry players. We should never feel like Wheel Of Fortune when we're reading patch notes; it shouldn't be a guessing game of what you're trying to accomplish. There's better ways to create hype and excitement for a patch than 1/10th of the design changes. Make changes that NEED to be made, not changes that you FEEL should be made. Why did these changes happen?-10% FLAT nerf to Demon Spikes, our CORE active mitigation which was already #$%^ty at best. We spike damage too much, Demon Spikes was the only way to smooth it out. What the hell are you thinking?-Forcing us out of Last Resort and into Soul Barrier, then nerfing Soul Barrier. When's the nerf to Demonic Infusion coming? Then we don't need a 110 talent. Welcome to 110, where all the talents are made up, and none of them matter!-Constantly changing how and what Metamorphosis does or doesn't do and to what percent.-Blur. Just outright Blur. There was nothing wrong with it. Leave Britney alone!-Havoc as a whole. Demon Blades was cool, didn't need to be messed with. Anger of the Half Giant needed the adjustment, not the talent.-Taking away the base Crit. It's core to Havoc. It's HUGE. My DPS from live to PTR dropped 70k in the space of the character switch. It's ugly. We're about to be the deadest of dead last DPS classes.Changes we need:-Fel Blade needs to do Chaos damage and swap places with Chaos Cleave.-Anger of the Half-Giants (it was broken, we all know it was broken, it needed the tone down)-Netherwalk should buff Darkness and make it an aura, not a purple puddle.-Nemesis got the buff it needed-Metamorphosis needed to have more benefit for Vengeance.-Soul Barrier always needed a higher numerical value, that was it. Then it made it a choice vs Last Resort. While I enjoy a lot of Legion content, as somebody who works on progression raiding and enjoys min/max, I'm thinking of leaving. I've been a loyal player and gamer with Blizzard for years, but the way things are being released now is disappointing. There's a lot of good, I've had a lot of fun with Legion. It feels like a return to form content wise, but this class design stuff feels like a monumental step backwards. I reserve judgement until 7.1.5 is released, but my hopes aren't high right now. "I've got a bad feeling about this one, Scoob."

Ok, I agree totally as I play a warlock. It used to be my main, but I replaced it with my elemental shammy 3 expansions back as the shammy was more fun and had a unique individuality and utility to it. Now they have totally destroyed the pleasure of the shammy as well as the warlock, and the only real fun character at present is the DH. I guess we can see where all the resources went this expansion.
Waaah Waah Warlocks.. Every warlock I play with is topping meters. How about fixing BM? 880 ilvl and siming under 300k.
Brewmaster needs redesign. He's very boring.Part of base talents must be removed in the basic skills. And all the talent to rework.(This also applies to the artifact.)
Prot warriors were ruined as well. This patch isn't good for anybody. *!@# this ability pruning / class mechanic changing bull!@#$. I'm out. The devs will have to do without my money.
