Well, we've had rogue Forsaken cause problems before. Wouldn't be surprised if the Desolate Council made it's way into the game and were the ones to ignite the war. I would be disappointed with Old God influence again, but at least be happy there isn't any leader corruption. Hopefully there isn't. I still see it as up to 8.1 we'll be at war. 8.1 to 8.2 will slowly introduce Azshara and whatever the heck she's getting up to, with concerns of N'Zoth. 8.2 to 8.3 will have his presence more greatly known to where we likely finish him off as the final raid boss.I think they never should have mentioned Azshara. That would have likely made the greater playerbase feel this expansion really is just War; but no, you toss in queen naga and you know there's something intervening in the background.
I'm curious as to how many Horde players are going to use those pictures as new wallpapers.
First pic is Sylvanas, Thanos and Saurfang. On their right is a dying Vereesa. One the second picture is Alleria and a dead Vereesa.
damn horde -_-
This was bound to happen anyway in the sense of grand strategy. Darnassus is indefensible if the Kalimdor-bound Horde actually turns all their power on it, UC is indefensible unless the Forsaken could bottleneck the Alliance at Arathi. The only reason that the Alliance could invade mainland Kalimdor back in Cataclysm was because Varian could use Theramore as a launching-point for all his forces. Who knows if the Horde/Alliance navies have actually recovered at all since MoP and Legion, every ship would be too precious to waste on supply-runs to isolated Elven mega-trees.... Silvermoon and Azuremyst of course would realistically suffer the same fate, but therein lies a technical barrier that hasn't been forded yet of putting them into the main world servers.
One idea here: do you guys think Lordaeron will be taken by the Alliance, so the Forsaken move to Teldrassil? Exchanging capitol cities? O.OThat would be... O.o
I for one was pretty shocked when they revealed Teldrassil would be burned down. What would drive the factions to such animosity? We'll have to wait and see how that develops.
Speaking of an Old God under the sea and Azshara, I just want to point out that we for seemingly no reason got no less than four underwater mounts not tied to Vashj'ir in Legion, plus the spawn-rate of Poseidus seems to have been drastically increased...!
While I don't like to speculate a lot in advance, I talked to guild mates and we really hope we will see the old gods again. Seeing Azshara again this addon and also next addon might be a clue.
I think there is chance that Jaina burned the Teldrasil to start war (I think she is sayng somethink about sparks in features trailer :D )But I dont like this theory
Well, it will certainly be interesting to see what the new expansion will have in store.I'm looking forward to the boss fight against Azshara, I think it will be interesting to see how it functions.
Someone likes Avatar movie
The forsaken need to make the burnt Teldrasil their new home, just to add some more salt muhaha
Loving the idea of Teldrassil being burnt! The fallen elf's ears are high elven not night elven, tho.
