If you were a dot class, you didn't use dots. Also, don't forget about nightfall axe
Correction:Glancing blow damage reduction against bosses with 300 WS is 35%.300 WS = 35% damage reduction on Glancing blow305 WS = 15% damage reduction on Glancing blow308 WS = 5% damage reduction on Glancing blow (which is the lowest you can get it)
Wow I didn't realise the threat mitigation was so much harder in Classic, definitely gonna have to keep an eye on that one!
Only important difference: You are made of paper and you have zero @#$%ing AoE damage, and thus will die if you ever pull more than one mob at a time. This is fine, because mob density in vanilla is about one mob per astronomical unit. Hope you don't enjoy doing things quickly, ever.
I think a lot of players will be shocked by the simplicity of Classic DPS. We used to talk about a casters "main nuke." Basically, you're going to be hitting one button for five minutes straight. The whole modern dps structure is derived from rogues' combo system. Back then, you could use one of those pecking bird toys on your keyboard and go make a sandwich.
It simply wasnt harder thou, whom told you that? Its just a big change from BFA, back to classic. Poiint is. It was harderr because WoW was the first big MMO that reached millions of people... XDAlso #PvtDeth, Dont forget the positioning as rogue and feral from the back attacks XD,
Got a mix up on classes here "Hunters and Warlocks also have special class quests, starting from drops, for notable weapons: Rhok'delar, Longbow of the Ancient Keepers - Hunter and Benediction / Anathema - Priest."Should say Priest at the beginning or maybe mount quest at the end!
Yeah back in the day when we were clearing Naxx, I was a warlock, usually I have to either stop DPS for 10 sec or I would get aggro from like one shadowbolt crit and wipe the raid. There wasn't anything like soul shatter back then. Threat was an issue. Also if I dotted before the sunders are up, my threat meter would fly.
I liked that you had access to the entire class toolkit and they expected you to make the best of it, and we did. It was hard and we were grateful! In the snow, uphill both ways and all that.
ahh weapon skills...time to lvl my fist on warlock by punching rats in subway and then moving on to punching wolves and bears by southshore then wpl skeletons.
if resistances is back in then I guess fire mages are doomed in MC?oh boy this will be glorious to watch
P sure it should be Improved Scorch not Ignite under debuffs.
